Global planning
- Contest date - Before NWERC preferably 4-5 weeks. You don't want this to be closer to the NWERC
- Februari - Setup the committee
- March - Start to search for sponsors
- May - Search for a location for the contest (Universities rooms are boked far in advance)
- May - Get the website up-to-date
- May - Contact all participating universities
- July - Create an attractive poster and send it to the participating universities
- July - Finish the programm booklet for the contest
